9月28日下午3:40，加高全體師生集中操場，進行一年一度的泰瑞福克斯慢跑。此項活動流行于加拿大，其目的是努力喚起世界上更多國家和地區對癌癥研究的關注。
活動開始，Mr.Walker組織學生分成4組，先后從校園東門出發，沿甌江堤壩，慢跑至香格里拉附近，然后折回，全體教師都參與其中，有些老師全程領跑，有些老師站點管理，歷時40分鐘，同學們跑回校園操場。
之后，為了讓更多的同學對活動有更深的印象，Mr.L.Johnson組織大家進行抽獎活動，這就大大活躍了活動的氣氛，同學們驚喜聲不斷，得獎者各獲得一本英文版小說。
